Business Edition® Secured Visa® Credit Card* vs. Wells Fargo Business Secured Credit Card*

There’s a reason the Wells Fargo Business Secured tops Forbes Advisor’s short list of the best business secured cards: It offers two solid reward earning options, no annual fee, no foreign transaction fees and $0 fraud liability. The Wells Fargo Business Secured card earns 1.5% cash back per dollar spent on qualifying purchases or earn 1 point per dollar and receive 1,000 bonus points when the company spend is $1,000 or more in any monthly billing period.

It also offers up to 10 additional employee cards at no extra cost. These features make it a more appealing option than the FNBO Business Secured card. One quirk to be aware of: You can only apply for the card online and not in a Wells Fargo bank branch.

Business Edition® Secured Visa® Credit Card* vs. Union Bank® Business Secured Visa® Credit Card*

The Union Bank Business Secured Visa offers a maximum $25,000 credit limit (secured by a deposit equal to 100% of the credit limit) and doesn’t offer any rewards while charging a $30 annual fee. The card does offer a $0 fraud liability and an auto rental collision damage waiver, but we still wouldn’t recommend it—except as a slightly better alternative to the FNBO Business Edition Secured Visa. Note that this card is only available for in-branch applications and branches are only on the west coast.

Business Edition® Secured Visa® Credit Card* vs. Bank of America® Business Advantage Unlimited Cash Rewards Secured credit card*

The Bank of America® Business Advantage Unlimited Cash Rewards Secured credit card* earns 1.5% cash back on all purchases and requires a minimum $1,000 deposit. The card also comes with a handful of travel benefits, including $100,000 in travel accident insurance, auto rental collision damage waiver, emergency ticket replacement, lost-luggage assistance and more.

With no annual fee, $0 fraud liability, purchase protections against loss, damage theft or fire and extended warranty coverage, the Bank of America® Business Advantage Unlimited Cash Rewards Secured credit card* gives the FNBO Business Edition Secured Visa a run for its money—both as a credit card and as a possible new champion for “longest credit card name.”
